2D & 3D Designer

1\. Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled 2D \& 3D Designer to develop attractive visual designs, 3D models, interior layouts, promotional materials, and branding concepts according to company requirements.

2\. Key Responsibilities

• Create 2D designs, layouts, posters, banners, and promotional materials.
• Develop 3D models, renders, and realistic visual presentations.
• Design shop layouts, outlet interiors, signage, and branding displays.
• Prepare 2D floor plans, elevations, and 3D views as required.
• Coordinate with the marketing, HR, and operations teams to understand design requirements.
• Modify designs based on management feedback.
• Ensure design quality, accuracy, and timely completion of projects.
• Prepare design files for printing, fabrication, and execution.
• Maintain design files, drawings, and project documentation.

3\. Required Skills

• Good knowledge of 2D and 3D design principles.
• Creativity, visualization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand measurements, dimensions, and layouts.
• Knowledge of colour combinations, typography, and branding.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

4\. Software Knowledge

Candidates should have experience with relevant software, such as

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• 3ds Max
• V\-Ray or Lumion
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Blender (optional)

5\. Educational Qualification

• B.Arch, Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Interior Design, Architecture, Animation, or a related field.
• Relevant practical experience and a strong portfolio will be an advantage.

6\. Preferred Candidate

• Creative, innovative, and detail\-oriented.
• Able to convert concepts into professional designs.
• Capable of working independently and within a team.
• Willing to make revisions based on management requirements.

7\. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Quality and creativity of designs.
• Timely completion of assigned projects.
• Accuracy of drawings, measurements, and dimensions.
• Number of revisions required.
• Coordination with internal teams.
• Compliance with company branding standards.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
