• *Code\_V is looking for a Game UI Artist ( 0 to 1 Year Experience ) to join our game development team!**

We’re currently working on **Gaia Genesis**, a multiplayer hero\-shooter featuring unique otherworldly animals, each with their own abilities, personalities, and visual identity.

• *Code\_V** is looking for a passionate **UI Artist** to join our team and help us build exciting multiplayer gaming experiences.

NOTE : THIS IS GOING TO BE A PROFIT SHARING ROLE. I.E. THE VOLUNTEER WILL BE GETTING THE COMPENSATION AFTER THE RELEASE OF THE GAME FOR UPTO 8 YEARS

Responsibilities

• Design visually appealing and user\-friendly game UI elements.
• Create menus, buttons, icons, HUDs, pop\-ups, panels, and other interface components.
• Develop UI layouts that are intuitive and easy for players to navigate.
• Maintain visual consistency across all game screens and interface elements.
• Collaborate with game designers, artists, and developers to bring UI concepts to life.
• Create UI assets that align with the game's art style and overall theme.
• Revise and improve designs based on feedback from the team.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of game UI design principles and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in tools such as **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma**, or similar software.
• Understanding of colours, typography, composition, and visual aesthetics.
• Ability to create clean, polished, and appealing UI assets.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A portfolio showcasing previous UI or graphic design work is preferred.

Pay: From ₹10,000\.00 per month

Application Question(s)

• The profit sharing is calculated based on the amount of work done by the volunteer which is recorded in percentage ( for respective games ). Once the game is released and starts generating revenue the profit is then shared to all those who worked on it on monthly basis with a min amount of 10k. And volunteers will be getting the profit for upto ( 3 \+ 5 ) \= 8 Years. Also the 10k amount is basically the min amount every volunteers will get monthly after the game is released.

Also as we are hiring people on volunteer basis we expect them to work 10 hours on a weekly basis. Also none of them are restricted to do a full time job. If volunteers can manage then they can still stay engaged with us on our projects while working another full time job.

We have 30\+ members working with us and a lot of them are employeed but still working with us.
