• *About the Role**

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled **3D Designer / 3D Generalist** with strong expertise in Blender and Adobe Dimension.

The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for visual aesthetics, realistic rendering, lighting, materials, and 3D animation. You will work across digital campaigns, CGI, product visualization, immersive experiences, and interactive brand storytelling.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Create high\-quality 3D models, product visualizations, environments, and CGI assets.
• Develop photorealistic renders with accurate materials, textures, lighting, and shadows.
• Design and animate 3D objects, products, and environments for digital campaigns and videos.
• Create compelling compositions and product mockups using Adobe Dimension.
• Translate creative briefs, concepts, and storyboards into polished 3D visuals.
• Develop 3D assets for AR, VR, XR, and interactive experiences when required.
• Collaborate with creative, motion graphics, and development teams.
• Handle modelling, UV mapping, texturing, rendering, and basic compositing.
• Optimize 3D assets and rendering workflows for quality and performance.
• Explore AI\-powered tools to enhance 3D production workflows.

• *Required Software Skills**

• *Mandatory**

• **Blender:** Strong proficiency in 3D modelling, materials, texturing, lighting, rendering, and animation.
• **Adobe Dimension:** Experience with product visualization, realistic mockups, scene composition, materials, and lighting.
• **Adobe Photoshop:** Image editing, texture preparation, and post\-production.

• *Optional / Added Advantage**

• Autodesk 3ds Max
• Adobe After Effects
• Substance Painter
• Unreal Engine / Unity
• V\-Ray, Corona, or other rendering engines

• *Key Skills**

• Strong understanding of 3D modelling, composition, perspective, and colour theory.
• Ability to create realistic product renders and visually engaging CGI content.
• Good understanding of animation principles and camera movements.
• Expertise in lighting, shading, materials, and texture detailing.
• Ability to work independently from concept to final render.
• Strong creative problem\-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• *Good to Have**

• Experience with CGI advertising and product animation.
• Exposure to AR/VR/XR projects and real\-time 3D environments.
• Experience with experiential installations and interactive visual content.
• Familiarity with AI\-assisted image and video generation workflows.
• Basic VFX, compositing, or motion graphics knowledge.

• *Qualifications**

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in 3D design, CGI, animation, or visualization.
• Degree or diploma in 3D Design, Animation, VFX, Multimedia, or a related discipline is preferred.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating 3D modelling, realistic rendering, and animation skills.
