Job Description

*Job Summary:**

We are looking for a versatile and creative **3D Generalist** to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in various aspects of 3D production including modeling, texturing, lighting, rigging, animation, and rendering. You will work closely with the art director, concept artists, and developers to bring high\-quality 3D assets and animations to life.

*Key Responsibilities:**

Create 3D models (characters, props, environments) from concept or references.
Apply textures, shaders, and materials to assets.
Rig and animate characters or objects as needed.

Proficiency in industry\-standard 3D software (e.g., Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrush, Substance Painter).
Solid understanding of modeling, texturing, lighting, rigging, and animation.
Familiarity with game engines such as Unreal Engine or Unity (optional but preferred).
Strong artistic sense and attention to detail.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Experience with photorealistic rendering and/or stylized art styles.
Basic knowledge of scripting or tools creation (e.g., Python, MEL).
Experience in VFX, compositing, or motion graphics is a plus.
Prior experience in game development, animation studios, or VFX pipelines.
