We are an Architect and Interior Firm based in Calicut, Oman and Bengaluru. We are looking for a skilled **3D Visualizer** to support our newly architectural and interior design company by creating accurate, high\-quality visual representations of approved designs.

The role focuses on translating drawings and design inputs into realistic 3D views that help clients clearly understand spatial layout, materials, lighting, and overall design intent. The visualizer will work closely with architects and interior designers to ensure consistency between 3D visuals and execution drawings.

This position requires strong attention to detail, technical accuracy, and the ability to deliver visuals that are both aesthetically refined and practically aligned with real\-world construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop 3D models for architectural and interior projects based on approved drawings
• Create realistic interior and exterior renders with accurate materials and lighting
• Produce still images and basic walkthroughs for client presentations
• Coordinate with architects and interior designers to understand design intent
• Ensure 3D visuals align with final working and execution drawings
• Apply realistic textures, finishes, furniture, and lighting as specified
• Revise visuals based on internal and client feedback
• Maintain organized project files and asset libraries
