• *Job Description**

Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate Contract Management Specialist! In this role we are seeking a detail\-oriented and tech\-savvy Contract Management Specialist with hands\-on experience using Salesforce to manage the contracts. The ideal candidate will support the sales teams by ensuring contracts are drafted reviewed tracked and compliantly within our Salesforce platform. You will be expected to handle requests determine respond and resolve issues basis the SOP. Responsibilities: \- Manage and maintain contract records within Salesforce ensuring data accuracy and completeness. \- Review and process requests for Master Agreements Amendments Termination Letters Sponsorships Consulting and License/Subscription agreements ensuring adequate functional reviews are completed and most favorable terms in place. \- Actively manage contract requests ensuring prompt transition through all the contacting stages from initial review to full execution \- Sent consolidated bi\-weekly report to client with production tracker. \- Manage and publish the production tracker for team on weekly and monthly basis.**Qualifications**
