We are seeking an experienced Ab Initio Application Support Engineer with 9 12 years of experience in both Ab Initio Development and Production Support
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ETL development job monitoring incident management troubleshooting and performance optimization in a production environment

Develop enhance and maintain ETL workflows using Ab Initio
Provide L2 L3 production support for business critical data integration applications
Monitor daily batch jobs and ensure successful execution within SLA timelines
Analyze application failures troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions
Perform root cause analysis RCA for production incidents and implement preventive measures
Work with business users developers and infrastructure teams to resolve production issues
Support application releases deployments and code migrations across environments
Develop shell scripts and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency
Optimize ETL jobs for performance and scalability
Participate in on call support and weekend deployment activities as required
Maintain support documentation SOPs and knowledge repository

9 12 years of experience in Ab Initio Development and Application Support
Strong hands on experience with
Ab Initio GDE Graphical Development Environment
Co Operating System
EME Enterprise Meta Environment
Conduct IT
Strong SQL and database skills Oracle SQL Server Teradata etc
Experience with Unix Linux commands and Shell Scripting
Knowledge of ETL Data Warehousing and Data Migration concepts
Experience in incident management problem management and change management processes
Exposure to job scheduling tools such as Control M Autosys or similar
Ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot production issues efficiently
