Academic Programme Supervisor

Location: Thrissur We are seeking a confident, articulate and professionally mature individual to take primary responsibility as a Pre\-KG Facilitator, while also overseeing academic programmes, supervising teaching staff and monitoring the overall functioning of daily activities and the learning environment. Requirements: \- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in teaching, preferably in preschool or early childhood education, or in staff management and programme coordination. \- Excellent spoken English and the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with parents. \- Strong leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills. \- A charismatic personality, professional presence and the ability to guide and supervise a team. \- Good understanding of child\-centred learning and activity\-based programmes. \- Ability to take initiative, exercise sound judgement and handle responsibilities independently. Applicants must be currently based in Thrissur. We are looking for a well\-rounded professional with the competence, confidence and presence to contribute meaningfully to our institution.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month

Work Location: In person
