Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and result\-oriented **Academic Counselor** to guide prospective students in selecting the right academic programs. The ideal candidate should have experience counseling students for professional courses such as **MBBS, B.Tech, MBA, and BBA**, handling admission inquiries, and achieving enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding academic programs, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, and career opportunities.
• Provide detailed information about **MBBS, B.Tech, MBA, BBA**, and other undergraduate/postgraduate courses.
• Understand students' academic background, career aspirations, and recommend suitable programs.
• Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing, walk\-ins, referrals, and other sources.
• Convert inquiries into successful admissions by providing effective counseling and guidance.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with admission, documentation, and finance teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
• Assist students with application forms, document verification, and admission formalities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents throughout the admission cycle.
• Stay updated on admission policies, university regulations, scholarship opportunities, and market trends.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA is an added advantage).
• **2–5 years of experience** in academic counseling or admission counseling.
• Experience counseling students for **MBBS, B.Tech, MBA, BBA**, or similar professional courses.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
