We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented ***Academic Counselor*** to guide prospective learners, generate admissions, and contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, counseling, and sales skills while ensuring an excellent learner experience throughout the admission process.
- Counsel prospective learners regarding courses, career opportunities, and training programs.
- Generate admissions by converting leads through effective follow\-ups and relationship building.
- Identify and develop new leads through online platforms, referrals, and other lead\-generation activities.
- Conduct cold and warm calling to prospective learners and clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve admission and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Education teams to improve learner engagement and conversions.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the counseling and admission process.
- Monitor and support daily sales activities to maximize performance.
- Conduct presentations, demos, and workshops to promote training programs.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow\-ups, admissions, and learner interactions.
- Analyze learner requirements and recommend suitable courses and career paths.
- Coordinate weekly workshops, seminars, and promotional activities to increase walk\-ins and admissions.
- Train and mentor team members whenever required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with learners, parents, institutions, and corporate partners.
- Continuously explore innovative methods for lead generation and business development.
- Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship\-building abilities.
- Target\-oriented mindset with a passion for learner success.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow\-ups effectively.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and lead management systems.
- Qualification \& Experience*
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Experience in Academic Counseling, Sales, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management is an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
