Academic Head

• *Job Description:**

Own the quality, outcomes and growth of every programme Finprov teaches. Make sure learners finish with skills employers actually hire for, and that the curriculum stays ahead of AI\-driven change in jobs.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Own academic strategy across the School of Business \& Finance and the School of Digital Skills, including new programmes (professional courses, entrepreneurship, data analytics, AI for finance, leadership academy).
• Lead curriculum design, updates and retirement of courses based on market demand and placement data.
• Manage faculty: hiring, onboarding, training, performance reviews, and trainer quality standards.
• Drive learner outcomes: completion, assessment results, certification pass rates, and placement readiness, working closely with the Placements team.
• Ensure consistent delivery across Kerala and Bangalore, in classroom and online/hybrid formats.
• Partner with Content, Marketing and Enterprise teams for course launches, corporate training and hire\-train\-deploy programmes.
• Run the weekly scorecard and quarterly Rocks/OKRs for the academic function, and report to leadership.
• Maintain academic governance: exam integrity, attendance, feedback loops, university/partner alignment.

• *Qualifications and Experience**

• Postgraduate degree; CA / CMA / MBA / ACCA or equivalent preferred
• 10\+ years in education, training or corporate learning, with 4\+ years leading teams
• Experience designing curricula and working with industry certifications
• Strong data and process orientation; comfortable with scorecards and goal frameworks
• Fluency in English and Malayalam mandatory. Kannada would be an added advantage

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
