1\. To facilitate franchise effectiveness by

● Providing pre\-service and In\-service training for all partners

● Conducting Equipment training, Franchise Induction Program (FIP) and Teacher training

● Building strong rapport with partners and supporting them on the implementation of key initiatives and

compliance

● Training EuroKids Centers for India and International Markets

● Assisting in hiring franchise staff.

2\. To ensure academic excellence by

● Ensuring regular training at franchise and cluster level.

Role and responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION – Academic Operations Manager

Role and responsibilities

• Measuring and improving satisfaction levels of internal as well as external customers through Parent

Orientation Program (POP), Parental Workshops or any other Parent Interactive sessions

• Conducting teacher workshops, providing teacher observation reports and providing feedback for class

observation.

• Collaborating in the planning, designing, and implementation of teaching modules
• Undertaking quality checks for effective academic execution of curriculum
• Co\-ordinating with special needs department to support the teachers in delivering successful sessions

Graduate E.C.C.Ed. / Montessori trained/ NTT females with 3\-4 years of pre\-primary teaching experience.
