Job Description

**Client Relationship Management**
Act as the primary point of contact for major clients.
Understand client business objectives and translate them into advertising strategies.
Build long\-term partnerships and ensure high satisfaction.
**Campaign \& Strategy Oversight**
Develop advertising plans across media (TV, print, digital, radio, OOH).
Oversee end\-to\-end campaign execution, ensuring alignment with client goals.
Evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend optimizations.
**Cross\-Functional Collaboration**
Coordinate with creative, media, analytics, and production teams.

Ensure seamless communication between departments to deliver integrated solutions.

**Budget \& Resource Management**

Manage client budgets, optimize resource allocation, and provide financial forecasts.

Ensure campaigns deliver maximum ROI within agreed budgets.

**Business Development**

Identify upselling opportunities and expand accounts.

Lead pitches for new business and contribute to agency growth.
