Account Executive

We are expanding and looking for a detail\-oriented **Accountant** to join our team at **4M Packs**, a leading plastic injection moulding company in Coimbatore.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Maintain day\-to\-day accounting transactions.
• Prepare purchase, sales, and journal entries.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank accounts and ledgers.
• Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance data.
• Generate invoices, e\-way bills, and maintain billing records.
• Assist in monthly financial statements and MIS reports.
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and customers.
• Maintain inventory\-related accounting records.
• Ensure accurate documentation and filing of financial records.
• Support payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

• *Requirements:**

• B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification.
• 2–5 years of accounting experience (manufacturing experience preferred).
• Knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• *Preferred:**

• Experience in a manufacturing or plastic injection moulding company.
• Familiarity with inventory accounting and cost accounting.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
