Job Overview

Vivaamart Enterprises India Pvt. Ltd., a growing Company, is looking for a skilled and responsible Accounts Executive / Accounts Manager to manage day\-to\-day accounting and financial operations.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling GST and TDS compliance, managing bank transactions, reconciliation, vendor payments, financial reporting, and ensuring smooth accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

\- Manage day\-to\-day accounting and financial transactions.

\- Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and accounting records.

\- Handle sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and expense entries.

\- Manage GST calculations, GST returns, and reconciliation.

\- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and related compliance.

\- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.

\- Manage vendor payments, customer receipts, and outstanding balances.

\- Verify invoices, purchase bills, payment vouchers, and supporting documents.

\- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.

\- Coordinate with banks, auditors, vendors, and internal departments.

\- Prepare monthly financial statements and MIS reports.

\- Monitor expenses, cash flow, and financial transactions.

\- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with accounting policies.

\- Coordinate with management for financial reporting and decision\-making.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

\- 2–5 years of experience in Accounts \& Finance.

\- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance.

\- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial practices.

\- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

\- Experience in Tally Prime / ERP / Accounting Software.

\- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.

\- Experience in bank reconciliation and financial reporting.

\- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem\-solving skills.

\- Accuracy, attention to detail, and financial discipline.

\- Ability to independently manage accounting operations.

Preferred Candidate

\- Experience in E\-commerce, FMCG, or Direct Selling Company preferred.

\- Knowledge of inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.

\- Experience in handling high\-volume sales and purchase transactions.

\- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage financial records efficiently.

Salary \& Benefits

\- Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month.
