• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a smart, detail\-oriented Account Executive with experience in accounting,

bookkeeping, and financial documentation. Knowledge of Zoho Books is preferred. Candidates

with CA firm experience, good communication skills, and familiarity with AI tools will have an

added advantage.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Maintain books of accounts and record daily financial transactions using Zoho Books.
• Create and issue customer invoices, verify billing details, and track payments.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payment follow\-ups.
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
• Record journal entries and assist with financial reporting.
• Handle vendor coordination, petty cash, and employee expenses.
• Assist with GST, TDS documentation, and audit requirements.
• Maintain financial records using MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Use AI tools and digital applications to improve work efficiency.

• *Required Skills**

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance

operations.

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and TDS.
• Familiarity with Zoho Books and MS Excel.
• Good communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Tech\-savvy, proactive, and willing to learn.

• *Preference:** Candidates with experience in a CA firm or relevant finance and accounting roles,

with the ability to work independently and maintain accuracy and confidentiality.

• *Freshers are welcome**! Practical knowledge, a learning mindset, and the ability to use

technology effectively will be valued alongside formal experience.
