Job Summary

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day\-to\-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and ensure accurate financial reporting. Candidates with experience in the hospitality industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day\-to\-day accounting records and financial transactions.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, bills, and payment records.
• Maintain books of accounts and perform bank reconciliations.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Manage vendor payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding accounting matters.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with company accounting policies.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Hospitality industry experience will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
