Position: Accounts Executive

Location : Calicut

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Any Degree with Accounting Knowledge

Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers with Tally knowledge can also apply)

Key Responsibilities

Handle daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.

Prepare and process customer receipts, payments, and journal entries.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.

Perform bank reconciliation and cash book maintenance.

Verify vehicle sales invoices, service invoices, and supporting documents.

Maintain vendor accounts and process supplier payments.

Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.

Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements as required.

Coordinate with auditors and support internal/external audits.

Maintain records of vehicle stock invoices and dealership\-related financial documents.

Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers/departments.

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.

Handle petty cash management and expense verification.

Required Skills

Knowledge of Accounting Principles and Bookkeeping.

Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and Accounting Software.

Good analytical and numerical skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work under deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Experience in Automobile Dealership Accounting.

Knowledge of GST filing, TDS, and statutory compliance.

Familiarity with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) is an added advantage.
