Account Executive

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

• Manage day\-to\-day accounting entries, including receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Prepare and process customer invoices for transportation and logistics services.
• Handle vendor bills, transporter payments, and expense verification.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records.
• Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and maintain payment records.
• Verify transportation bills, freight charges, PODs, and supporting documents.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS reports.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
• Coordinate with operations, vendors, and customers regarding billing and payment issues.
• Ensure timely and accurate accounting entries in ERP/accounting software.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
