Srisattva Group is a diversified professional services organization specializing in Accounts \& Compliance, ERP Implementation, Investment Banking, and HR \& Recruitment Services, with operations across Chennai, Bangalore, and Texas (USA).
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail\-oriented Accounts Trainees to join our Finance \& Accounts team. The candidate will gain practical exposure to accounting processes, bookkeeping, taxation, and financial reporting while supporting day\-to\-day accounting activities.
- Assist in day\-to\-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Support in preparing invoices, vouchers, and journal entries.
- Maintain accounting records and documentation.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.
- Support in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance activities.
- Prepare and maintain Excel reports and MIS statements.
- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams for financial documentation and follow\-ups.
- Support in ERP/accounting software operations, including Tally and Zoho Books.
- B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Accounting Principles and Bookkeeping.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and Financial Statements will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, and MS Excel.
- Good analytical and problem\-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Internship or academic project experience in Accounts or Finance.
- Knowledge of ERP or Accounting Software.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Good discipline and professional attitude.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Hands\-on experience in Finance and Accounting operations.
