Job Description

Position: Account Executive – Inside Sales \& Technical Proposal Writing

Work Mode: Offshore

Experience Required: 3–5 Years

⏱ Joining Preference: Immediate Joiner

We are looking for a proactive and results\-driven Account Executive with strong expertise in Inside Sales, Technical Proposal Writing, and Digital Transformation Technologies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, experience in preparing technical and commercial proposals, and the ability to engage with enterprise clients to support business growth.

Key Requirements

\-3–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Account Management, or Business Development

\-Strong experience in technical proposal writing, including RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, SOWs, and bid responses

\-Good understanding of Digital Transformation Technologies and IT Services

\-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

\-Ability to work closely with technical, delivery, and business teams to develop compelling proposals

\-Experience engaging with enterprise clients and managing stakeholder relationships

\-Strong analytical, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills

Preferred Experience

\-IT Services, Technology Consulting, Software Solutions, or IT Staffing industry

\-Exposure to Digital Transformation technologies such as Cloud, AI, Data \& Analytics, Enterprise Applications, Integration, or Automation

\-Experience in client acquisition, lead qualification, and opportunity management

\-Familiarity with Middle East / GCC markets is an added advantage

\-Candidates based in Pakistan or India are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities

\-Drive inside sales activities by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities

\-Prepare high\-quality technical and commercial proposals, presentations, and bid documents

\-Respond to RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and manage the proposal lifecycle from submission to follow\-up

\-Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to develop client\-focused solutions

\-Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients

\-Maintain sales pipelines, CRM records, and support account growth initiatives

\-Conduct market research and identify opportunities within Digital Transformation and IT Services

\-Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant proposal submissions
