### **Job Description**

We're looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented **Account Executive** to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in accounting operations, preferably gained in a **Chartered Accountant (CA) firm**, and be eager to work in a fast\-paced environment.

### **Key Responsibilities**

• Prepare and post journal entries while maintaining accurate General Ledger (GL) records.
• Perform monthly and quarterly bank reconciliation and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Process vendor invoices, payments, and purchase orders.
• Prepare and file GST returns while ensuring statutory compliance.
• Support audits by providing necessary financial records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams for finance\-related requirements and documentation.

### **Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in **Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field**.
• **2 to 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm.**
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
• Working knowledge of GST compliance and statutory filings.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as **Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks**, or similar ERP systems.
• Good command of **MS Excel** and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
