About the RoleKhethari Agritech Private Limited is seeking a detail\-oriented and motivated **Account Executive** to handle our day\-to\-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have hands\-on experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), GST compliance, and ERP systems, ensuring financial accuracy and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• **Accounts Payable \& Receivable:** Manage end\-to\-end AP/AR processes, including processing vendor payments and generating customer invoices.
• **Reconciliations:** Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliations to ensure financial discrepancies are resolved quickly.
• **Taxation \& Compliance:** Prepare and file GST returns accurately and generate E\-Way Bills in compliance with regulatory standards.
• **ERP Operations:** Record and manage daily financial transactions within Odoo ERP.
• **Auditing \& Closing:** Assist the finance team with month\-end closing activities and support internal/external audit processes.

Candidate Requirements

• **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com, BBA, etc.).
• **Experience:** 1 to 3 years of hands\-on experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial operations.
• **Core Competencies:** Solid understanding of GST, AP, AR, and bank reconciliation principles.
• **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Odoo ERP (or similar accounting software) and strong working knowledge of MS Excel.
• **Soft Skills:** Exceptional attention to detail, high accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
