Job Title: Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

\- Ensure timely, accurate month\-end closing and financial reporting to Management.

\- Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements.

\- Handle accounting processes and tasks (i.e., AP \& AR process, GL, account reconciliation, etc.).

\- Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities.

\- Support forecasting and budgeting exercises as per corporate guidelines.

\- Coordinate and liaise with external parties such as external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required.

\- Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirements (GST/WHT/CIT/…), audits, procedures, and forms both statutory and internal.

\- Assist in new processes and system implementation when required.

\- Prepare accounts in IFRS.

\- Prepare the income tax computations and GST filing data.

Requirements

\- Fully qualified CA/CMA

\- CA Inter/CMA Inter

\- Excellent spoken/written communication skills and fluency in English

\- Excellent interpersonal skills

\- A strong knowledge base with a willingness to learn

Ability to commute/relocate

\- Mumabi , Nashik, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Salary will be dependent on the level of experience and the qualification. Salary range could vary from INR 30,000 – INR 80,000 for suitable experienced candidates.

This will be a full\-time on\-site office job from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. – 5 days a week and Saturday will be working depending on the quantum of work during peak periods.
