Account Executive

• Handle and review day\-to\-day accounting activities.
• Review purchase, sales, expense, journal and other accounting entries.
• Perform **bank, vendor, customer and ledger reconciliations**.
• Assist in monthly and annual closing of accounts.
• Assist in preparation of **Profit \& Loss Account and Balance Sheet**.
• Prepare and review **GST workings, GSTR\-1, GSTR\-3B and ITC reconciliation**.
• Handle **TDS calculations, reconciliations and compliance**.
• Assist in Income Tax compliance and tax\-related workings.
• Coordinate with **Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors and Tax Consultants**.
• Prepare audit schedules and provide required information/documents.
• Prepare **monthly MIS reports, financial analysis and variance reports**.
• Monitor receivables, payables and outstanding balances.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cash\-flow planning.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and statutory requirements.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements in finance and accounting processes.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a candidate who has.

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in **Finance, Accounts, Audit or Taxation**.
• Strong knowledge of **Accounting, GST, TDS and Income Tax**.
• Good understanding of financial statements and reconciliations.
• Good knowledge of **MS Excel**.
• Working knowledge of **Tally / ERP / Accounting Software**.
• Experience in handling audit and statutory compliance activities.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
