### **Account Executive**

AccountsFull\-time2\-5 years Ahmedabad, Gujarat

• *Responsibilities:**

• Manage all accounting transactions and prepare books of accounts from foundation.
• Prepare financial statements in time, Handle monthly, Quarterly and Annual Closings.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensure timely financial reporting.
• Knowledge of finalization of books of accounts.
• Willing to travel to clients office for accounting work
• Reinforce financial data confidentially and conduct database back up when necessary.
• Manage with affiliates with working knowledge of applicable accounting standards and applicable tax laws.
• Comply with financial policies and regulations.

• *Requirements:**

• Experience in Compliance returns filling i.e. GST Returns, TDS Returns, ITR
• Experience in Cloud Accounting Software like QuickBooks, ZOHO Books
• Experience in Tally EPR accounting of PLC, LLP, OPC, Partnerships and Proprietorships in sector of Service Providers, Manufacturers and Traders ETC.
• Excellent communication skills and multitasking abilities.
• Minimum experience of 2\-5 years in the relevant industry.

• *Language**: English, Hindi and Gujarati
