Account Executive

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail\-oriented Account Executive to manage daily accounting operations, financial transactions, and account receivables. The candidate must have practical work experience in accounting, SAP software, TDC machine operations, and cash handling.

Key Responsibilities

\- Handle day\-to\-day accounting and financial transactions.

\- Maintain and manage accounts receivable and payment follow\-ups.

\- Handle cash transactions, cash receipts, and cash records.

\- Work on SAP software for accounting and financial entries.

\- Operate and manage TDC machine\-related transactions.

\- Maintain invoices, vouchers, bills, and financial records.

\- Perform daily cash reconciliation and account verification.

\- Prepare reports and maintain accurate accounting documentation.

\- Coordinate with internal departments regarding payments and accounts.

\- Ensure accuracy in financial records and accounting processes.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

\- Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting work experience.

\- Practical knowledge of SAP is mandatory.

\- Experience operating a TDC machine is required.

\- Good knowledge of cash handling and cash management.

\- Experience in accounts receivable and payment collection.

\- Strong knowledge of accounting procedures and documentation.

\- Good communication and basic MS Excel skills.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
