● Handling Admin payments/Petty cash
● Handling Outward remittance process
● Liaising with Customer Service for agent invoices and BLs
● Liaising with CA for 15CB \& with bankers for spot rates, documentation and swift advice
● Liaising with OSA for monthly SOA \& reconciliations
● Knowledge of Domestic \& Overseas Sales invoices \& GST applicability \& other statutory compliances
● Preparing agreement with OSA
● Minimum Graduate – Commerce
● Statutory Knowledge TDS Payable
● Work Experience – Minimum 2 years
● Candidates working in the Logistics and Freight Forwarding industry will be preferred
● Tally 9\.0 ERP
● Accounting Standards
● MS Office (Excel)
● Language Proficiency – English, Marathi and Hindi
