Hiring: Executive – Finance \& Accounts

• *Kreston OPR Advisors LLP** is looking for an experienced **Executive – Finance \& Accounts** to join our **Offshore Finance Team** in Vadodara.

• *Location:** Vadodara, Gujarat (On\-site)
• *Department:** CFO Services – Dubai Offshore
• *Experience:** 3–5 Years
• *Qualification:** CA Inter / CMA Inter (Dropout)

Key Responsibilities

\* Manage end\-to\-end accounting and bookkeeping.

\* Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

\* Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.

\* Prepare journal entries, general ledger, and financial reports.

\* Support month\-end and year\-end closing activities.

\* Assist in UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and compliance requirements.

\* Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis.

\* Coordinate with Dubai\-based clients and internal stakeholders.

\* Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting deliverables.

Required Skills

\* 3–5 years of corporate accounting experience.

\* Experience working with **Dubai/UAE accounting** is preferred.

\* Knowledge of ERP systems such as **Microsoft Dynamics NAV, NetSuite, SAP, Zoho Books, or Tally Prime**.

\* Strong proficiency in **MS Excel**.

\* Excellent verbal and written **English communication skills** are mandatory.

\* Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
