Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Accountant with strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, financial finalisation, and statutory compliance. Candidates with experience in the **Solar Industry or Manufacturing Sector will be preferred.**

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day\-to\-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Manage accounting activities using **ZOHO Books / ZOHO Accounting Software**.
• Prepare and finalise Balance Sheets, Profit \& Loss Statements, and financial reports.
• Handle GST compliance, including GSTR\-1, GSTR\-3B, GST reconciliation and return filing.
• Manage TDS calculations, deductions, payments and quarterly return filing.
• Perform bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.
• Maintain accounts payable, accounts receivable and payment follow\-ups.
• Handle purchase, sales, expense and journal entries.
• Maintain inventory\-related accounting and manufacturing cost records.
• Coordinate with CA and auditors for statutory audits, tax filings and annual account finalisation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Prepare MIS reports and other financial statements as required by management.

Candidate Requirements

• B.Com / M.Com or relevant qualification.
• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of ZOHO Books.
• Experience in GST, TDS, taxation and independent account finalisation.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.
• Experience in Solar / Manufacturing Industry will be an added advantage.
• Ability to independently manage accounting activities up to finalisation.
