Account Executive

• *Position: Account Executive (Finance)**

• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage daily accounting and financial activities. The candidate will be responsible for handling accounting entries, GST\-related work, bank reconciliation, and maintaining accurate financial records.

• *Prefered Skill set \- Zoho Book and Tally ERP experience**

• *Location \- B\-602, 6th Floor, KP Epitome, Near Lake, Makarba, Ahmedabad, Gujarat – 380051**

• *Roles \& Responsibilities**

• Maintain day\-to\-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP software
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare invoices, purchase entries, and payment vouchers
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain financial records
• Assist in GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliances
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments
• Track expenses and maintain proper documentation
• Prepare financial reports and MIS as required
• Ensure timely processing of payments and receipts

• *Requirements**

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in accounts \& finance
• **Preference \- ZOHO ERP**
• Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting principles
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work
