Our core integration services cover Hydrants, Sprinklers, Pumping Stations, Drenchers, and more — tailored for commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. We also provide Fire System Annual Maintenance, Fire Evacuation Drills, Mock Drills, and essential training on fire safety, evacuation procedures, and first aid.

Job Role

 Enter Journal Vouchers (JVs) in Tally on a daily basis.

 Record sales, purchase, receipt, and payment entries in Tally.

 Maintain correct ledger entries and basic accounting records.

 Coordinate with clients for payment collection.

 Follow up with clients for outstanding payments through calls, emails, or WhatsApp.

 Share invoices and statements of accounts with clients when required.

 Maintain a record of outstanding payments and collection status.

 Inform the senior or accounts manager about delayed or disputed payments.

 Keep accounting records and client documents updated and organized. Requirements :

Education: B.Com / BBA / BMS (Finance)

Min 2 years experience

Basic working knowledge of Tally is required.

Understanding of basic accounting concepts.

Comfortable with client coordination and payment follow\-ups.

Good communication skills (verbal and written).

Advance knowledge of MS Excel is a MUST.

Knowledge of Zoho books / ERP / SAP will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹22,000\.00 per month
