Account Executive

• *Experience:** 1 to 2 years in accounting Specially GST

• *About the Role**

We are looking for a dependable accountant to manage our day\-to\-day accounting and compliance work. You will work closely with the management team and help keep our books accurate and up to date.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Maintain daily accounting entries (sales, purchase, receipts, payments) in Tally
• Prepare GST invoices and assist with GST return filing (GSTR\-1, GSTR\-3B)
• Handle bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance
• Track and follow up on payables and receivables
• Manage petty cash and expense records
• Assist with TDS calculations and basic compliance work
• Prepare monthly reports and support the CA during audits and year\-end closing

• *Requirements**

• B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent degree
• 1 to 2 years of hands\-on accounting experience
• Working knowledge of Tally (ERP 9 / Prime) and MS Excel
• Basic understanding of GST and TDS
• Good attention to detail and honesty with numbers
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Must be based in Ajmer or willing to relocate

• Experience in a trading or manufacturing business
• Knowledge of Busy or Zoho Books
