Account Manager

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• **Accounts Finalization:**
• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, P\&L, Cash Flow).
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• **Taxation (TDS \& GST):**
• Prepare and file TDS returns and ensure timely payment of all statutory dues.
• Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR\-1, GSTR\-3B, GSTR\-9\).
• Reconcile input tax credit and ensure compliance with latest tax regulations.
• **Accounts Payable \& Receivable:**
• Monitor vendor payments, credit terms, and aging analysis.
• Manage customer invoicing, collections, and credit control.
• Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts.
• **Banking \& Correspondence:**
• Handle daily bank transactions, reconciliations, and fund flow management.
• Liaise with banks for loans, LC, BG, and other financial requirements.
• Manage correspondence with banks and financial institutions.
• **Inventory Management:**
• Oversee inventory accounting, valuation, and reconciliation with physical stock.
• Work with the stores and operations teams to maintain stock accuracy.
• **Reporting \& MIS:**
• Prepare monthly management reports and financial summaries for management review.
• Analyze financial data to support strategic decision\-making.

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month

Work Location: In person
