• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage and oversee all types of company payments, including vendor, supplier, contractor, and service provider payments.
• Handle statutory payments such as GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other government liabilities.
• Manage salary disbursements, employee reimbursements, advances, and other employee\-related payments.
• Oversee banking operations, including NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, cheque payments, and fund transfers.
• Monitor payments related to raw materials, machinery, transportation, logistics, utilities, and operational expenses.
• Verify invoices, supporting documents, payment terms, and approvals before releasing payments.
• Maintain payment schedules, vendor ledgers, bank reconciliation, and monthly MIS reports.
• Coordinate with Purchase, HR, Admin, Stores, Production, vendors, and banks for smooth payment operations.
• Ensure timely payments, proper cash flow management, financial accuracy, and compliance with company policies.
• Handle internal and statutory audits related to payment transactions.

• *Required Skills \& Experience**

• Minimum **8\+ years of experience** in Accounts \& Finance / Payment Management.
• Experience in independently managing end\-to\-end payment operations in a manufacturing company.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, taxation, and banking operations.
• Hands\-on experience with Tally / SAP / ERP and advanced MS Excel.
• Strong team coordination, vendor management, reconciliation, and MIS reporting skills.

• *Preferred Industry:** Manufacturing, Engineering, Electrical, Automobile, or Railway sectors.

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹59,000\.00 per month
