We are looking for a high\-ownership **Account Manager – Strategy \& Delivery**. You will be the "glue" that holds our project networks together. You aren't just a bridge between the client and the technical team; you are the architect of the client’s journey, ensuring that our AI and automation solutions translate into measurable business growth
· **Project Orchestration:** Lead the end\-to\-end delivery of growth and automation projects. You will coordinate between internal teams (Tech, Content, and Growth) to ensure requirements are met on time and with precision.
· **Client Relationship Management:** Act as the primary point of contact for our key accounts. You will manage expectations, provide strategic updates, and ensure the client feels the "Victory TechNxt" value at every touchpoint.
· **Requirements Engineering:** Translate complex client business problems into clear technical and creative briefs for our internal production teams.
· **Growth \& Retention:** Identify opportunities within existing accounts to implement further automation or growth strategies, ensuring long\-term client retention and account expansion.
· **New Business Support:** Contribute to high\-stakes pitches and proposals. You will help frame our solutions for prospective clients, using your experience of "what works" on the ground to build winning strategies.
· **The "Safety Net":** Proactively identify bottlenecks in project workflows and resolve them before they impact the client experience.
· **Experience:** 3 to 5 years in Account Management, Client Servicing, or Project Management (Agency experience or SaaS background is highly preferred).
· **Communication:** Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to explain complex AI/Automation concepts in simple, business\-friendly language.
· **Tech\-Savvy:** Comfort with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Trello, or Slack) and a basic understanding of digital marketing and automation workflows.
· **Strategic Thinking:** Ability to look beyond a task list and understand the "Why" behind a client’s business goals.
· **Pressure Handling:** Comfortable managing multiple project networks simultaneously in a fast\-paced, growth\-oriented environment.
Pay: ₹150,000\.00 \- ₹480,000\.00 per year
