Account Manager

\*Accounts Manager\* \*Salary Upto – 40K\* \*Job Location \- SECTOR\-37, GURGAON\-122001\* \*Interview location Head office Karol bagh\* \*Working Time – 10AM – 8PM\* \*Key Responsibilities\* **Manage day\-to\-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.** Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports. **Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.** Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other regulatory requirements. **Monitor factory accounting, inventory valuation, costing, and stock reconciliation.** Coordinate with auditors for internal audits, statutory audits, and tax audits. **Prepare budgets, cash flow statements, and financial forecasts.** Monitor receivables, payables, and working capital management. **Verify vendor payments, customer collections, and expense controls.** Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies. **Coordinate with production, procurement, warehouse, and sales teams for financial accuracy.** Lead and mentor the accounts team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Key Skills Required **Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Financial Reporting.** Experience in Manufacturing Accounting and Inventory Accounting. **Costing and stock reconciliation expertise.** Working knowledge of ERP systems (Tally Prime, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar). **Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, MIS Reporting).** Excellent analytical, communication, and team management skills.

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
