• *Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and detail\-oriented Account Manager to oversee the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation compliance, budgeting, and financial controls within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, financial management, and manufacturing cost accounting.

• *Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Accounting \& Reporting**

• Manage day\-to\-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor General Ledger, Trial Balance, and Balance Sheet reconciliations.
• Ensure timely month\-end and year\-end closing activities.

• *Taxation \& Compliance**

• Handle GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Coordinate with auditors for Internal, Statutory, and Tax Audits.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and government regulations.
• Maintain records and documentation for statutory requirements.

• *Accounts Payable \& Receivable**

• Monitor vendor payments and customer collections.
• Reconcile supplier and customer accounts regularly.
• Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.

• *Manufacturing Costing**

• Analyze production costs, material consumption, and inventory valuation.
• Monitor product costing and profitability.
• Support management with cost reduction and budgeting initiatives.
• Review BOM (Bill of Materials) costing and variance analysis.

• *Budgeting \& MIS**

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow statements.
• Generate MIS reports for management review.
• Track financial performance against budgets and recommend corrective actions.

• *Team Management**

• Supervise and guide the accounts team.
• Establish internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, HR, and operations departments.

• *Required Skills**

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and Financial Management.
• Experience in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Statutory Compliance.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Accounting and Costing.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, Busy, SAP, or ERP systems.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS Reporting).
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.

• *Qualifications**

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) / Finance.
• M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, CMA Inter preferred.

• *Experience**

• **5–10 years** of experience in Accounts \& Finance.
• Minimum **3 years of experience in a Manufacturing Industry** preferred.
