Location \- Gachibowli, Hyderabad \| Onsite

We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Account Manager – US Staffing with 10\+ years of experience in the US staffing industry, including significant experience managing MSP/VMS\-driven enterprise accounts.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning strategic client relationships, driving staffing delivery, managing MSP/VMS programs, improving account performance, supporting revenue growth, and leading internal recruiting/delivery teams.

This is a high\-ownership role for someone who understands how enterprise staffing programs operate and can independently manage an account from requirement intake through fulfillment, onboarding, extensions, and account expansion.

Looking for someone with

• 10\+ years total US IT Staffing experience
• 4\+ years specifically managing VMS/MSP accounts
• Experience with VMS platforms
• Direct interaction with MSPs, hiring managers, procurement and enterprise stakeholders
• Strong understanding of C2C, W2, 1099 and Full\-Time
• Experience managing a recruiting/delivery team
• Ownership of submissions → interviews → offers → starts → extensions
• Strong understanding of SLA, fill rate, submission\-to\-interview ratio, interview\-to\-placement ratio and revenue/margin
• Ability to handle escalations and difficult client situations
• Account expansion / cross\-selling experience
• Experience conducting Monthly and quarterly account reviews

Pay: ₹60,000\.00 \- ₹100,000\.00 per month
