• *Hiring Status:** URGENT REQUIREMENT – IMMEDIATE JOINER PREFERRED

1\. Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Account Manager who can independently manage the company's accounting operations, financial records, taxation and statutory compliance.

2\. Key Responsibilities

• Manage day\-to\-day accounting operations using **BUSY Accounting Software**.
• Maintain purchase, sales, journal, payment and receipt entries.
• Handle GST calculations, GST returns and reconciliations.
• Manage TDS calculations, deductions, payments and TDS returns.
• Handle income tax\-related documentation and compliance.
• Manage bank reconciliation and vendor/customer accounts.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports and outstanding reports.
• Handle salary processing, payroll records and statutory deductions.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and other financial authorities.
• Ensure accuracy of financial records and timely completion of accounting activities.

3\. Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com) preferred.
• Strong practical knowledge of **BUSY Accounting Software** is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax and accounting principles.
• Experience in handling complete accounts independently.
• Good command of MS Excel and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills.

4\. Experience \& Salary

• **Experience:** Relevant experience in Accounts \& Finance.
• **Salary:** ₹38,000 – ₹45,000 per month.
• Salary will be negotiable based on skills and experience.
• **Joining:** Immediate Joiner Preferred.
