The Accounts Process Executive will serve as a key support contact for clients, primarily using Tally software. Core duties include handling inbound inquiries via call, email, and chat related to accounting entries, ledgers, vouchers, inventory, and financial reports. The role requires resolving GST configuration and return queries, addressing TDS setup and deduction calculations, and assisting with other statutory compliance matters. Additionally, the executive will troubleshoot software issues, guide customers on best bookkeeping practices, escalate complex problems appropriately, and meticulously log all interactions and solutions in the support system.
