Accountant & Administrator

**Job Responsibilities**

* **Financial Management**

• Maintain accurate records of daily transactions including sales, purchases, expenses, and income.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments to vendors and collections from clients.
• **Bookkeeping**:
• Perform general ledger accounting, journal entries, and reconciliation of accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain and update financial ledgers in accounting software.
• **Tax Compliance**:
• Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS, and other statutory payments.
• Prepare and file annual financial statements and income tax returns as required.
• **Budgeting and Forecasting**:
• Assist in preparing budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow reports to support business decisions.
• Monitor and report financial performance against budgets.
• **Auditing \& Compliance**:
• Support internal and external audits by preparing financial records and reports.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and compliance with corporate policies.
• **Payroll Management**:
• Manage the payroll process, ensuring accuracy in salary disbursements, deductions, and statutory compliances.
• **Financial Reporting**:
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and present to management for review.
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to improve financial efficiency.

**Key Skills**

• **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books) and MS Excel.
• **Financial Knowledge**: Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other financial compliances.
• **Attention to Detail**: Ensure accuracy in financial reports and data entry.
• **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze financial data and provide insights on improving profitability.
• **Time Management**: Capable of meeting deadlines for financial reporting and statutory filings.

**Eligibility Criteria**

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com, M.Com, CA Intermediate preferred).
• 2\-5 years of experience in managing accounting tasks, preferably in a healthcare, pharma, or related industry.
• Strong understanding of Indian tax regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹14,000\.00 per month
