• *Job Summary:**

Ajay K \& Associates is seeking a skilled and detail\-oriented Accountant with 1–6 years of professional experience in accounting, taxation, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong practical exposure to GST filings, ROC compliance, and day\-to\-day accounting operations, along with the ability to handle multiple client assignments efficiently.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions
• Preparation and filing of **GST returns** (GSTR\-1, GSTR\-3B, annual returns, reconciliations)
• Handling **Income Tax compliance**, including return preparation and basic assessments
• Managing **ROC compliances** including filing of forms, annual returns, and maintaining statutory records
• Bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and finalization support
• Preparation of financial statements and assisting in audits
• TDS calculation, return filing, and compliance
• Coordination with clients for data collection and compliance follow\-ups
• Handling day\-to\-day accounting tasks and ensuring regulatory compliance

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in CA firm or similar environment
• Strong knowledge of **GST, Income Tax, TDS, and ROC compliance**
• Proficiency in **Tally, Excel**, and other accounting software
• Good understanding of accounting standards and compliance framework
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• *Preferred Qualifications:**

• CA Inter / Semi\-qualified CA / M.Com (preferred but not mandatory)
• Experience in handling multiple clients in a professional firm
