Accountant - Article Trainee

At Areete Consultants LLP we are looking for a enthusiastic and motivated CA Article who are eager to learn, take on practical challenges, and gain hands\-on exposure across diverse professional assignments.

Areas of Exposure

Direct Taxation– Income tax compliance, tax computations, return filing, tax planning, and tax audits.

Indirect Taxation– GST compliance, return filing, reconciliations, and advisory assignments.

Companies Act \& Corporate Compliance – Corporate law matters, statutory compliance, and regulatory filings under the Companies Act, 2013\.

FEMA \& Regulatory Compliance– Foreign exchange regulations, FEMA compliance, and related regulatory and reporting requirements.

Tax Audit \& Statutory Audit– Audit procedures, vouching, verification, preparation of working papers, and assistance with audit assignments.
