Accountant

We are seeking a detail\-oriented and proactive **Accounts cum Admin Executive** to join our growing food manufacturing and retail organization. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in accounting entries, ledger maintenance, GST compliance, and administrative operations. The role also requires strong coordination skills in vendor management, basic HR operations, and statutory compliance activities.

• *Key Responsibilities Accounts \& finance**

• Record and maintain daily accounting transactions accurately.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Perform ledger maintenance and account reconciliation.
• Prepare and verify vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
• Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing activities.
• Handle GST data preparation, filing support, and compliance documentation.
• Maintain accounting records in ERP/Tally systems.

• *Administration**

• Manage office administration and facility\-related activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
• Monitor vendor contracts, payments, and performance.
• Handle procurement and office inventory management.
• Ensure smooth day\-to\-day administrative operations.

• *HR \& Compliance Support**

• Support employee onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain employee records and attendance data.
• Assist in payroll coordination and statutory compliance documentation.
• Support HR operations, employee engagement activities, and policy implementation.
• Coordinate compliance requirements related to labor laws and company regulations.

• *Required Qualifications**

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Accounts and Administration roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Working knowledge of GST regulations and compliance.
• Experience with Tally ERP, ERP systems, or accounting software.
• Good proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
