About the Role

Chawla Motors is looking for an experienced and responsible Accounts \& Finance Executive to independently manage the company’s accounting, taxation, financial reporting and day\-to\-day finance operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, financial statements and cash flow management.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting, bookkeeping and general ledger.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Manage GST returns, TDS returns and statutory compliance.
• Perform bank reconciliation and vendor reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly Profit \& Loss statements and Balance Sheets.
• Monitor cash flow, collections and payment schedules.
• Prepare monthly MIS and financial reports for management.
• Handle payroll and employee salary records.
• Prepare budgets and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants.
• Monitor customer outstanding payments and credit control.
• Manage monthly accounting closing and financial records.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of GST and TDS.
• Good working knowledge of Tally Prime or ERP.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Practical experience in preparing financial statements and MIS.
• Ability to independently manage accounting operations.
• Good communication and problem\-solving skills.
