Job Summary
We are looking for a detail\-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive with 1–3 years of experience to manage daily accounting operations, invoicing, purchase documentation, and financial records. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting procedures and be proficient in MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain sales and purchase invoices.
Generate and manage E\-Way Bills.
Maintain Purchase Orders (PO) and vendor records.
Coordinate and track delivery challans and delivery charges.
Handle billing and payment follow\-ups.
Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records.
Verify bills, invoices, and supporting documents.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
Assist in GST\-related documentation and compliance.
Support payroll and salary\-related record maintenance.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments.

Educational Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent.
Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹18,000\.00 per month
