*Job Summary:** Samartha Automations Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Accountant / Finance \& HR Executive to manage our day\-to\-day accounts, vendor compliance, and administrative operations.
*Key Responsibilities:**
**Accounts \& Invoicing:** Generate intra\-state Tax Invoices and Delivery Challans (DCs) strictly matching customer criteria on a customized "One PO – One Invoice" basis.
**Purchase Order Management:** Draft, update, and issue raw material and subcontracting Purchase Orders (POs) to engineering and metal manufacturing vendors.
**Logistics Support:** Coordinate documentation for dispatches, including generating E\-Way bills and organizing Certificate of Conformance sets for drivers.
**Vendor Onboarding:** Manage and verify vendor registration documentation (GST certificates, PAN, Cancelled Cheques, and MSME/Udyam records).
**Audit Readiness:** Maintain clean statutory audit trails, organize balance sheets, and gather financial documentation for external auditors.
*Qualifications:**
**Education:** Bachelor’s Degree (B.Com, BBA) or Post Graduate Degree (M.Com, MBA Finance) in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
**Experience:** Prior experience handling industrial manufacturing invoicing, vendor PO management, and basic HR/compliance documentation.
