Roles \& Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
• Handle **accounts payable and accounts receivable**.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, receipts, vouchers, and payment records.
• Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate records in accounting software such as **Tally / Tally Prime**.
• Prepare **GST\-related records, invoices, and reports** and coordinate with consultants for GST compliance.
• Assist with **TDS calculations, payments, and returns**.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, expense reports, and management reports.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up for timely payments.
• Verify expenses and supporting documents before processing payments.
• Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.
• Assist in preparation for **statutory audits and internal audits**.
