Jeevan Tanclean specializes in Facade Cleaning, BMU rental, and Safety Products Manufacturing. We are a growing company and are seeking a diligent and detail\-oriented Accountant to manage our financial operations.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accountant with strong knowledge of Tally software and a sound understanding of financial and accounting principles. The ideal candidate will manage day\-to\-day financial transactions, assist in GST\-related tasks, and work closely with our CA. This role is crucial in ensuring our financial systems are accurate and up\-to\-date.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day\-to\-day financial transactions including payments and receipts.
• Use Tally software to record and manage financial data.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
• Prepare monthly expense reports and ensure timely submission.
• Follow up with clients and vendors on outstanding payments.
• Handle all GST\-related tasks, including filing returns and managing the GST portal.
• Assist the CA with financial reporting and audits.
• Ensure compliance with statutory financial regulations.
• Support in managing payroll, invoicing, and tax filings.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely processing.
• Provide insights and financial data to assist in strategic decision\-making.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in the service or manufacturing sector.
• Proficiency in Tally software.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and GST regulations.
• Familiarity with the GST portal and filing processes.
• Experience in preparing financial reports and budgets.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and other financial software is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., CA, CMA) is a plus.
• Minimum 2\-3 years of experience in accounting roles.

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month

• Worli, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
